Power Recitifiers
Rectifier is an economical & most efficient method of obtaining D.C from A.C. supply. GNEW's rectifiers are designed and engineered for obtaining D.C. from A.C and cover a wide range of current form 10 Amps to 15000 Amps.

Inner View of Rectifier Transformer

GNEW's Rectifier is suitably designed for three phase 50 Hz A.C input Supply and operates at any Voltage between 380 to 440 Volts.
D.C. Output
D.C Output Voltage of different models is varriable in different steps as given below.
GEM 15 Steps
:
On load DC Voltage variation is achieved by means of two Rotary Switches from 40% to 100 % of rated Voltage
GER-63 Steps
:
On load D.C Voltage variation is achieved by means of three rotary switch from 15% to 100% of rated voltage.
GER-Stepless
:
On laod D.C. voltage Variation is achieved by means of On- load Voltage regulator from 0% to 100% of rated Voltage.
GER(s)
:
Same as GER but regulator and main transformer are arranged in seperate tanks.

The ripple content in the output is very low and is less than 5% and these units are very much suitable for special process such as chrome plating where low ripple content is necessary.

Contstruction
The atmosphere in most of the electroplating and other chemical plants is corrosive and dusty. To protect the contact with corrosive fumes and dust, we manufacture rectifiers which are oil immersed natural air cooled. The oil immersed construction increases the life of the Rectifiler enormously. The tanks are provided with pipes for better cooling.
Circuit & Components
The Circuit employed in GNEW's Rectifilers is Simple & Universal. A.C. Supply is given to an auto transformer or variable voltage regulator which in turns Supplies Variable voltage to the primary of double wound Delta/Star Connected transformer. The output of Main transformer is connected to Interphase Transformer. The output voltage and current is measured by voltmeter & Ammeter respectively.
Double Wound Transformer :-

Silicon Stamping & Electrolytic Copper is used for Construction of double wound transformer. Transformer is double wound with primary delta / secondary double star connected.

Interphase Transformer :-

Interphase Tranformer is provided between main transformer and output.

Rectifiler :-

Superior quality diodes are used for rectification. Diodes are arranged in six phase in Hexaphase circuit for Low voltage and for electroplating process.
Voltage Regulator :-
On load voltage regulator is used for variation of voltage form 0% to 100%. Carbon rollers roles on vertical coils at onload for variation at on-load.
Meter Panel :-
Three phase indicating lamps along with voltmeter & ammeter are provided on panel. D.C.Constant Voltage Controller is also provided for step-less rectifiers.
