We manufacture Chargers of different capacities covering a wide range of voltage from 0 to 300 volts DC and current range from 10 Amps. to 200 Amps. It is generally observed while using convensional charger it's charging current varies with the variation of voltage, which causes damage to plates and also to the charger itself. The second problem is faced of falling down of current as the plates or batteries gets charged.  CIRCUIT
The circuit applied in our charger is simple and universal. A. C. Supply is given to a double wound transformer. The output voltage of the Secondary is variable steplessly and output is given to bridge circuit. An electronic controller is provided to control constant current.
 COMPONENTS
DOUBLE WOUND TRANSFORMER :
Silicon stamping & Electrolytic copper is used for construction of double wound transformer.
Battery Charger, Plate Charger, Charger, Current Charger
Transformer is double wound with primary delta/star connection and secondary star connection.

RECTIFIER : Superior quality silicon diodes are provided for converting AC to DC with sufficient current capacity & high PIV.

METER PANEL : Three phase indicating lamps along with output voltmeter & Ammeter are provided on a panel. DC current controller is provided to control constant current.

GUARANTEE : Our chargers are guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of sale against any manufacturing defects.
